1. Order Processing Time

We start working on your order immediately. We process and prepare all orders within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

2. Tracking Details

Once we hand over your package to the courier, we will generate your tracking number. You will receive your Tracking ID via email within 3 business days of placing your order. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s journey directly.

3. Delivery Timelines (Canada)

We ship our premium apparel straight to your doorstep. After you receive your tracking ID, expect your parcel to arrive within 11 to 13 business days.

Please note: Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.

4. Shipping Fees

We charge a flat rate of $25 USD for shipping on all orders to ensure fast and reliable delivery. We apply this fee automatically at checkout.
